Man airlifted after Nov. 11 crash

An Isanti man was airlifted with life-threatening injuries after a Monday, Nov. 11 crash near Grasston.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, at 3:11 p.m. on Nov. 11 a 1990 Ford pickup driven by Austin Charles Rasmussen, 21, of Braham was heading southbound on Highway 107 and collided with a 1995  Lincoln Town Car driven by Joe Michael Tomczak, 34, of Isanti at the intersection with Pokegama Lake Road near Grasston.

Roads were dry at the time of the crash and all parties were wearing seat belts.

Neither Rasmussen nor his passenger reported injuries after the crash. Tomczak was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
