A Petition for Determination of Descent has been filed with this Court. The Petition represents that the Decedent died more than three years ago, leaving property in Minnesota and requests the probate of Decedent's last Will dated n/a, if any, and the descent of such property be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property.

Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be granted.

IT IS ORDERED    and Notice is further given, that the Petition will be heard on 10/7/19, at 1:30 PM, by this Court at 635 Northridge Dr NW, Pine City, Minnesota.

1. Notice shall be given to all interested persons (MINN. STAT § 524.1-401) and persons who have filed a demand for notice pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-204.

2. Notice shall be given by publishing this Notice and Order as provided by law and by:

 Mailing a copy of this Notice and Order at least 14 days prior to the hearing date.

NOTICE

Notice is Hereby Given, that Pine City Township is accepting sealed bids for a 5-year road maintenance contract to include the following services to the Township: Grading of town roads, road repair, snow and ice removal, sign placement & repair.  The contractor will provide their own equipment.  Please contact the Clerk for a copy of the contract either by email at pctownclerk@gmail.com or by phone at 651-621-4049.  All Bids are due to the Township Clerk by appointment no later than Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019 at noon.

Certificates of Liability/Worker’s Comp insurance must be included with all sealed bids. No bids will be accepted that do not include commercial general liability insurance coverage with a policy limit of at least $1,500,000 per occurrence; and workers compensation insurance.  Pine City Township must be listed as certificate holder. To be considered a responsible bidder the contractor must comply with MN Stat. § 16C.285.  Bids can be sent to Pine City Township Clerk at 21977 St. Croix Rd, Pine City MN 55063.  The Pine City Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received and to waive any irregularities.

ORDER  AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION  OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:

It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of September, 2019, at 1:30 o’clock     p.m., a hearing will be held in the above named Court at Pine County Courthouse, 635 Northridge Drive NW, Pine City, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the above named decedent, and for the appointment of Nancy V. Leverton whose address is 18565 Auburn Road, Grasston, MN 55030, as personal representative of the estate of the above named decedent in an unsupervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, a personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.

Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.
