Stacy Bethke, D.V.M., will join Sunrise Equine Veterinary Service at North Branch, Minn., this month. Growing up on a farm near New Richland, Minn., she loved “doctoring” barn cats and orphaned lambs and participating in Western pleasure in WSCA and 4-H. After earning a bachelor’s degree in equine science from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, she graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine last year, then completed an internship at Stillwater Equine Veterinary Hospital. She enjoys traveling, reading, attending WSCA shows with family, playing with her dog, Teal, and riding her Quarter Horse, Heidi.
